"The key to this Co. is the end of the year Balance Sheet and Income Statement and they best be AUDITED. Last year's balance sheet and income statement were audited, and I have no reason to believe that this year's (year just completed) will not be audited. Perhaps you gave been looking at quarterlies which, like those of many companies, are unaudited. JSb.
