Fortunately the lawyers have been unsuccessful in their attempts to subjugate our first amendment rights. Mr. Wexler is entitled to express his opinion, as are you. In case you haven't noticed, it appears that Mr. Wexler's opinion on TAVA is based on valid assumptions that have been reflected in the market price of the stock.

TAVA had been extremely overvalued by any fundamental analysis and deserves its current market price. Sorry to hear about your sour grapes.

It will be interesting to see who the Y2K people will threaten with law suits when the world as we know it does not come to an end on 1/1/2000.
