Brad,

Just some thoughts about what this means to us shareholders.

#1 Dividend: I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am that this opportunity for ownership in Anything is being given to all BANY shareholders. Where has any investment in a small company such as this been given such a boost like this? This is IMHO management rewarding shareholders for their investment. They didn't have to do it, but they did. Makes me a happy camper.

#2 Anything Valuation: What does this mean to BANY shareholders?
How do you value Anything and also how do you value what it means to the shareholders of BANY and to the company? 200k shares are being given as a dividend and using rough estimates of 8mm outstanding, would mean recieving about 1 share of the dividend for about every 40 shares of BANY owned or about 40/1000. The value of the Anything shares would then be determined on the open market after trading has started. Where they may begin trading is anyones guess, but I know that this is a hot sector of the future. Company is currently doing 300k sales per month and is profitable. If anyone cares to comment on what the company may be valued at please do, compared to other companies in its peer group. Also it will give the company a hard asset of 800k shares in Anything and that should be valued into the stock price at some time in the future. For the sake of an example if Anything starts trading at a buck, thats $800k hard value for the company or about a dime a share that should be added into the share price. I think the potential valuation could be much higher than that due to the good valuations being placed on companies in this sector. AMZN doesn't make a profit and look where that one went.

Don't want to be long winded, just happy to see this developement.

Dave
