or for that matter, whether he understood it. After all, the TAVA thread voted him to be an idiot, didn't they? (dumb like a fox, I'd say <G>)

But maybe Bill has a spelling problem, and meant to say "TAVA is a freud" or "TAVA is a frog" of maybe "TAVA is a fraulein I've had my eye on for some time now" or . . . you get the idea.

I'm making light of this because the bottom line is that AHM's post means and proves NOTHING. Until TAVA's lawyers file suit (fat chance) all the arm-waving by those wanting revenge on someone for their poor investment choices will result in a light breeze, at best.

Legal definitions are only relevant to determine if the plaintiff has proven that the defendant engaged in a particular conduct, not whether the defendant knew the definition of the particular conduct at the time he/she engaged in such conduct. Nevertheless, the breeze is refreshing, it's over 100 in LA today.
