So? This is an opinion thread, not a court of law. In order for TAVA to sue Bill, TAVA, not Bill, would have to prove that Bill spoke untruths about them, and the only way for them to do that will be to prove that they are not a fraud. Only after they make out such a case would the burden of proof shift to Bill to show that in fact TAVA is a fraud.

If you think TAVA is going to lay out their entire world for Bill to take discovery to determine whether they are/were a fraud, you are delusional.
