Try using the News Only thread for PRWT. I think some things have been discussed over there about the outstanding shares. Many times, over and over on this thread it has been mentioned that the CEO is not considering a reverse split. Go back through the thread and read the messages. If you have been watching this thread for months, your question seems a little odd...
