Aside from what appears to be an imminent devaluation followed by a debt moratorium, hyperinflation and general economic collapse, are there any reasons why TBH is down so much?

What is the likelihood of Cardoso's losing his re-election bid?

If he loses, is there a chance of Telebra's privatization being scrapped?
