Maybe a little insight will help. I met many of the persons on this thread at the TSIS annual meeting last February. This is my first post.

My son-in-law, is a management consultant with a major consulting firm (its name is one word with 22 letters in it), he is also a TSIS shareholder and has visited the TSIS offices in Encinitas.

A week and a half ago, he was at a management training school in Houston. The school was sponsored by the consulting firm. The topic of the school was the "Technology of 800 Numbers". After the school, he and my daughter visited us at our home. We spent some time talking about TSIS and its future possibilities. He reviewed the latest TSIS brochures that I had obtained (the new brochures that are used for client communications -- specifically the new "MARKET REACH and INVESTOR REACH" brochures).

From the brochures he was able to assess TSIS's understanding of what needs to be done in terms of the organizational and technological systems necessary to effectively implement IVR technology in both telephone and Internet applications. With respect to the Internet application possibilities he was very encouraged and commented that "technologically, they(TSIS)are doing all of the right things".

Both personally and in our network of associates, we own a substantial amount of TSIS stock and have owned it for nearly 18 months. I join you in anticipating and looking forward to the growth and success of this company.

We feel like part of a wagon train heading West -- weary as we are, it will make it!
