Peter:

The utility is called "Notify" by Symantec. Any web page you want to monitor, you enter as an item. The utility reviews the web page and then does any one of a number of things like flash a signal in the systems tray at the bottom of your screen, bring up a notification retectangle on the window upon which you may be working or ignore the change entirely.

I use it for changes to Globex and for the YAHOO overseas pages so when things change, I know it.

It also helps because I can open the page directly and see the changes.

I use it with Windows Explorer 4.0 now and used it with prior versions.
