Favors called a S/T bottom at 7390 and a powerful relief rally to top out on 9/4. He may have covered his shorts, but may also be reestablishing his short positions on Friday or whenever he is satisfied that the rally has run its course. He stated that 7390 was a S/T bottom but not THE bottom, which he sees at much lower levels. He sees a heavy downturn beginning next week and continuing until the latter part of September. For the sake of my puts, I hope he is correct.
