Dear John,

You are helping to clarify some of the challenges we face in educating the end potential user of our TAD Program. Yes, we actually replace the receivable and there will quickly come a time when TAD's will be the preferable form of payment. We have some customers who have used TAD's to grow their entire business. They would not entertain any other form of payment outside of an actual cash payment. TAD's have been the key contributing reason for their success. Many companies fail due to their accounts receivable problems, and some of them have told us that if they had known about the TAD program they would still be in business.

What is the difference between an invoice and a TAD? An invoice is a suggestion to pay. A TAD is payment of the invoice!

Because our TADs carry insurance, this could be a very attractive tool most factors could use. The TAD Program could be used in conjunction with their existing methodology. At the moment, I'm not sure if a factor would want to risk losing their high margin business to the TAD Program. But your idea is excellent! If we could work out the appropriate relationship....?

Actually, we are using a few financial brokers to introduce the TAD Program to their existing customers. This has met with good success and is helping to increase our revenues. We are exploring the possibilities in this area. This type of network could give us a national presence, very fast!

Very truly yours,
Mitch Menik
