PERI did not respond much to the news about INTV. In fact, PERI seems to be a stock that, regardless of good news, is unable to get any kind of positive kick. In fact, good news is often followed by a decline in share price. Can someone provide an explanation for this that does not rely upon a maritime metaphor???
