Aside from what appears to be an imminent devaluation followed by a debt moratorium, hyperinflation and general economic collapse, are there any reasons why TBH is down so much? It appears you have Brazil pegged. What is the likelihood of Cardoso's losing his re-election bid? You must be kidding, there is little likelihood he will be reelected.
