I believe that the MM can easily bring up/down the price.
When it was .55 down to .34 I found out that it takes 20K to bring it
down and 40K a little up. My theory was that the MM were shorting the stock that the ask will not go higher(look good) which will make you sell and, therefor, they can buy and make a gain few days latter. The first part is from experience. Pleas express your opinion on my theory

All,
Since those people who recieved the shares in excanged for whatever
didn't pay in $ they don't need a tax loss. Can anyone explaine me,
looking at the history of the stock, why they will sell, now?
