RE: It means some think we're in a suckers rally with another strong down leg ahead.

I was reading a discussion today between two analysts at the CNN website. It centered around whether this correction is a "V" type, ala fall 97, or a "W" type. Technicians have this thing (superstition?) about double bottoms, etc. As for me, I could give a rats ass whether it's a V or W, as long as it doesn't turn into an "L".
