Try again. There are a lot of people here who know a lot about Reg. S financing and convertibles that flip at a discount. These are terribly abusive to shareholders. And they are more popular than ever. Which makes short sellers very interested in them. Why, I even know a web site that is devoted to the topic. But you wouldn't like it, most likely, because I wrote it. Best regards John G
