Is this The morning of or day after the 4th? Anyone?? Dell also announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a 2-for-1 stock split. This split, the sixth in the last six years, will be paid in the form of a 100-percent stock dividend to be issued on Sept. 4, 1998, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 28, 1998. All per-share data are presented prior to this split.
