MB, Thanks for your response re: BEARX. I'm using this vehicle in my SEP as I see few alternatives at this time. I'm also long a couple beaten Y2k's. Are zero's an option in this environment? I find it difficult to be a bear as I believe in technology. Absurd valuations haven't seemed to matter as long as boomer money flows to the funds. My friends actually believe 20-30% annual returns are "normal." When will it end. I've thought since mid '97 that Y2K problems would dismantle world economies and markets; not "Yardenesk" proportions, but very serious. Your thoughts on BIOTECH are interesting. CANCER is the new frontier -IMHO. New because we have improved diagnostic techniques, but really haven't made a dent in the treatment/cure modalities. Genetic engineering co's will make major advances in this area-soon. Drugs and and co's offering BS solutions-ENMD- are very suspect. CANCER is genetic material run amuk-period. I'm rambling, but your comments would be appreciated. It's nice to be involved in a civil thread. Regards, Brice Looking for some Mark McGuire type shorts!
