I executed three market orders on Monday and Ameritrade did confirm the transactions via fax promptly,but they have still not updated my account info at the website.I also called them twice today and was told they couldn't access any of my account info because of computer problems.I usually check on my account each am and you could imagine my surprise the past two days when my Account Summary showed I had $0.00 in my account!!!!Then when I called them on the phone,they tell me their computers are screwed up!Tonight,my account shows my balances as of 8-31-98---two full days ago.There is no excuse for this,and I am beginning a search for a new discount broker tomorrow.
