Chairman and CEO Charles Wang said Wednesday he came to Argentina not only to promote Latin America business ties but also to swap garments with President Carlos Menem. ''Today's meeting with President Menem was very, very interesting,'' Wang told a news conference on the second leg of a five-day Latin American tour. ''I complimented President Menem on his tie.
