<<This would be a great time for TSIS to take out a loan and buyback 10 million of these shares. The price is right now.>>

Skip S:
Nice dream, but what are they going to secure the loan (collateral) with, the stock they buy back? I doubt it!

Of the 30M outstanding about 13M are in the (public) float and the other 17M in the hands of insiders. You couldn't buy up the public float without driving up the price. Insiders won't sell at these prices, even though it would probably be at a gain to them, unless they know something we don't. So would you propose that the insiders get paid and the public get left holding the bag? If so, I think I hear the SEC bloodhounds baying.

A small buyback of 1M shares, under the 5% (I believe) rule, maybe. But then the Company would own those shares as Treasury Stock and here we go with the "back door" selling potential/acqusations again! If the Company were going to buy back shares they should have done it long ago when we hit the low 40's not the mid 20's. Besides, MM Knight Securities probably has more money than TSIS and could outlast our Company in an attempt to manipulative the price.
