Who's really in charge? Who the biggest shareholder? Those that hire can always fire. This looks like a figurehead position using his name and credentials. A better CEO would be a good businessman, not an engineer. The man should have good contacts in the industry, but are they contacts that will bring in business?

I really don't understand this 'original design' concept they keep trying to sell to stockholders. Their success has always been OEM supply, now they want to compete with their customers?
