Mind if I butt my nose in here?
If any of you would have been in MRVC for a few years you would understand about the Insider selling that went on during the"Secondary"
The top people have only taken $100,000 a year salary for as long as I can remember. I've said this before...Try sending a kid to school and/or living on $100,000 a year in Southern California.
One top person has been Decorated By The Defense Ministry for his contributions he made in Israel's Defense Department. I did not use the right titles...I think it was The Ben Gerarian Award, (Help somebody with this, please, I would not want to State this incorrectly or not spell this correctly) These people are very brilliant scientists, period.
These same folks are the most frugal people on the planet.
If you worked as hard and risked as much as they have and had chosen to be compensated a standard salary to insure the company would/could survive for over eight years, I think they deserved every penny they got.
Someone that just looks at this insider's selling without knowing anything about the people is totally unfair and misleads many.
Now, I have over one hundred thousand reasons to be unhappy
with management but selling their stock when they did is not one of them.
We need some positive news, real soon. If someone would of said this company would trade over 2,000,000 shares on the best day up the nasdaq has ever had and the stock hardly moved, I would have told them to try some of my medication. Sheesh...It isn't working for me.
