Massachusetts has a budget surplus of ONE BILLION DOLLARS, US ! They are fighting on how to spend it. Education, Return to Taxpayers by lowering taxes, never a thought of investing it for the future. ( except for some maybe proposals for the re vamping the old schools ) ( hope they add computers tho, whatever they do.) Chuca
