Al-len, exchange2000.com You inferred that I may have an injunction against me prohibiting me from posting on the internet or elsewhere. Any reading of the SEC lawsuit clearly states that the SEC is seeking an injunction prohibiting me from breaking Section 17(b). It stated nothing about depriving me of my freedom of speech and for an intelligent individual like yourself to infer by "inquiry" that it does is misleading and demanded a response. If you want to discuss me, then come over to the GRNO thread and discuss it. My presence on a thread in which I merely ask questions of individuals and present my findings for discussion do not merit your attempts to make any alledged mistakes on my part, with regard to the GRNO issue, an indictment against every word I post or opinion I offer. Everything that ANYBODY (or anyone) says must be analyzed on its own merit and logic. You are pre-judging me before I have even been before a judge. The complaint is out there, but you have no right to be judge, jury, and executioner. I have not attempted to hide from any past mistakes on my part. In fact, it was on this thread that I offered my experience as a lesson to others so that do not repeat them. I am not the issue here. RMIL is. And anything I say should not be discounted based solely upon a civil complaint that is still outstanding (or even if a judgement is issued later on.) My words and opinions stand on their own merit. So again, quit playing innocent here Al-len... you knew exactly what you were doing. You are attempting to defame me as being a guilty of something before a judgement is actually entered. You are inferring that my opinion is suspect solely because the SEC decided to file a civil suit against me. Facts are facts no matter who offers them up for discussion. And in the case of RMIL, I did attempt to warn each and every investor in this company that the potential existed for SEC scrutiny of this company based on the hype being offered by Riley and Pugs based on the misrepresentations of management. Those who ignored that warning are now that much poorer, just like I am with regard to GRNO. Regards, Ron
