I've been restraining myself (as best I can), for a while on this particular thread, but here is the way I see the recent price action of TSIS.

1. TSIS will begin a major move to the upside in the very near future.

2. Certain individuals (MM's) are purposely stepping down the share price to allow them as wide a range of "running room" for TSIS when it starts to move. We will see some very significant volume increases when TSIS starts to run. The lower they can get this price now, the more they can buy and the bigger their gain in the next few weeks.

3. Any "bad news" for TSIS will be VASTLY overshadowed by SEVERAL pieces of VERY GOOD NEWS due shortly. The MM's are aware this good news is due-- you can count on that. The tactic of dumping the price to scoop up some shares (when you have that kind of power to do that) is not uncommon-- when you know the stock is set to run on news.

If anyone thinks this scenario is completely out of the question, you have the right to state your opinion as well-- let me just say...hold your judgement for a few more weeks. I think I will be proven to be very right, and those who don't panic or throw in the towel will be very happy very soon...

Check TSIS's price chart for January 1998. It is the exact parallel of what is happening right now. We had a huge fall, followed by a few weeks of jumping around at a lower level, and then a big run. IT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN AGAIN!
