Dear Mitch: TAD software product for new customers. Another idea--if your customers have a need--is to give each new customer a disk with: templates for seller and buyer credit profiles. They could more easily fill out these forms. An instruction form with examples of how TADs have been used in their industry. Give examples of how TADs are used versus other forms of financing. A directory of Actrade personnel. An accounting spread sheet incorporating the TADs. This is just an idea of how to communicate and instruct your customers. This may not be a great idea, but I am trying to think of lower cost way to communicate. Computer disks are cheaper than printed manuals and mailing costs are lower. Please give my best to Jon Viberg, your Chicago manager. I am sure he will learn from Jacques Munro. I am eager to learn about what some Fortune 100 companies think of the TAD Program. Expect to see volume decrease in ACRT as Wall Street prepares for the Holidays. Regards, John Chew
