Noblesse is correct on the buyback issue. The company is allowed to buy shares in the first half hour of trading as long as it is not the "first" trade. They cannot buy them in the last half hour. My floor broker indicated Morgan was a buyer for the company as well...Furman apparently lost the order...or the company apparently thinks it is being clever....As for "spreading" the business around, IMO there is zero chance of anyone recommending this stock for many months. Don't kid yourself, the couple pennies a share these firms get paid for the execution of trades does not justify a recommendation. I understand even friends of management are furious over the most recent debacle. This business needs to be sold....
