I am so glad I found this thread! It is the Number 1 "HOT" topic on SI list!! I figured it was the bitch site, and BOY, am I not alone!! I really thought I had been screwed BIG TIME when I saw $0 balance in account positions...cardiac seizure! Knowing that Monday must have been a horrible day for any online brokerage, I just e-mailed them that my account needed to be corrected IMMEDIATELY (2 trades had not been posted). To my surprise, I had a confirmation e-mail first thing this AM and the same explanation of computer problems. However, of course, the site was down off and on today, but persistence is my middle name, and I finally got in to place several orders. Two were limit sells, one went fairly fast and confirmed right away. The other took an hour or so, but, now GET this....I actually got 1/16 BETTER price than what I put in my order for!! I'm with those who have not experienced this before, so I'm willing to give them one more chance....I just HATE the thought of changing all over again....you are in total limbo while it is all processed. Here's hoping our trading goes smoother from now on....and is prosperous to all!! ~T.
