SOROS, If i remember correctly I remember seeing one of your post stating that you sold your Y2k portfolio. Sorry to remind you, but I took the same action. Thanks for your input and what a wise decision it turned out to be. Financials aside, you have started an interesting discussion here and one in which I briefly touch upon but not nearly as in depth as you have here. I have read only a few of the post (have to catch up) but I can already see where you are coming from. Everything that spells disaster is before us now and someone has to step up to the plate to take drastic actions. clinton is not my leading candidate!! Financial markets are crumbling around the world ... you know what I am getting at. But it is my belief that Y2k will be the final blow that really messes everything up. Panic and unprepared countries will hurt us all.
