I believe that this market will be psychologically hampered until Starr gets the report to Congress and they act on the facts and I believe there is a great deal of uncertainty because of the lies the president told us !! If Congress acts to impeach then I believe Clinton will resign and the market will be OK and the country will move forward!! Until that time I plan to sell into the rallies!!Good luck to all!!!!
