Since everyone but you and the surfer missed that refrence maybe I should clear it up. When one goes to a putt putt (or minigolf) course one often sees a hole that has a windmill. The object is to time the appearance of the blades and hit your ball into the hole that the blades alternately cover and uncover. Now do you get it? SHEESH :)
