Looks like we may be in a trading range between 17 and 22 with resistance at 24. Trend continues negative for now, but will remain erratic, performing with market.

SEG looks to have above average upside potential, but continues to be above average risk short term. It is likely to give above average, inconsistent returns over the long term.

I will buy more on the dips, and wait for DD recovery.
