Have to disagree.. NT is definitly gaining ground for uses WITH Novell, but I haven't seen a whole lot of BIG companies running NT without Novell. As I've stated in the past, I work at one of those companies, and Novell is our choice NOS. We have just reviewed NT and Novell last year and decided then to stick with Novell. BUT, an NT server will be used in every office for a DHCP server. My office is currently running Novell's DHCP server flawlessly, but the decision was made a while ago. I believe we might be able to change the upper management's mind since they are still in the planning stages and My office is running already using Novell. I don't see it as a bad thing if NT is being used more and more. If they use NT for one thing and Novell for another then more power to them. Even nowadays, people are still running Mainframes with a client-server network. I don't see this as detrimental.

I have been out of the contracting & consulting area for about a year, so I haven't been able to see many different companies, only my own. Does anyone know of any LARGE company that primarily runs NT?? I know our local SYSCO FOODS ran NT, but it was with Novell.
