Interesting to note: 4,75 UD or so of before yesterday was an (almost) all-time low: This for a company which
has the leading technology in (digital) IVUS;
has gained access to interesting technology through the cardiometrics-merger: not of much clinical use yet, but might become interesting with IVBT (intravascular brachytherapy);
might have done a clever recent acquisition, permitting them to (possibly) become a player in the IVBT-field.
Has turned in extremely strong and surprising lastQ results (return to profitability)
Let's assume they earn somewhere around 0,44 for FY 99 and 0,77 for FY'00: cheap at around 6 USD (even more so at 4 and change).
Of course always a takeover candidate for competing companies (including HWP)

Questions on my part:

-does anybody know the present percentage of insider ownership (was above 25% some years ago; still the same level??)
