You even admitted to the thought. Don, There is no argument that holding gold over the long term has been a terrrible investment. However, at those times when gold has mounted a sustained rally, there is no other investment that goes up as fast. (I'm talking about gold shares now) I can see that you are happy with your choice and I am happy with mine, but you must remember that gold is at historical lows, while something like DELL is not. Interestingly enough, I am as pessimistic about the future of DELL or most other computer tech stocks as you are about Gold. We place out different bets, that's what makes a market. Don't let the gold bugs of the world down.. Accept your defeat proudly. Don
