Larry when I traveled through Canada a couple of years ago. I noticed that everything seemed so nice and clean but something was missing from the picture and then I finally put my finger on it. There was an obvious lack of wealth there. Of course I probably didn't see the homes of those running mining scams but they are all probably located in the Cayman Islands anyway.
