Regarding IPM - I received a phone call yesterday regarding getting my hands on a share holders list. I will follow up that phone call and turn that information over to Paunch and Rob with any additional information that comes into my possesion. I however regret that at this time that I don't feel encouraged over the prospects and will be concentrating the majority of my efforts on my own problems and projects. Chuck
