I take this to mean that the SB-10 will be out by the third week in September or around that time. IMHO, this is a public news release and JC is telling US that it will be done by this date...."inquiries from Wall Street that may follow the Company's 10-SB filing with the SEC, said Jimmy Chin, Digitcom CEO"..... I do not think he cannot come out in the public and say this if it were not the case.
