FNTN needs place that can represent them well. There will deal with big on cash corporations (Finance, Government and Medical) and need not only product but good representation in the form of offices etc. IMO impression from visitors is important. P.S. I just relocated to Baltimore area, not too far from NYC and hope to visit them one day as well. Radim
