Pat:
Never heard how the sit down dinner came out. You deserve mother of the year award.
Quest. for annual mtg.
1. When will Amati be likely to be able to make an announcement re. purch. of its modems in commercial quant. by a major player among the telcos or isp's?
2. Assuming pos. resp.: Will the announcement likely involve a U.S. or foreign firm?
3. If 2 above is foreigh firm: When will Amati be in a pos. to make a similar announcement re. a U.S. based major player telco or isp?

You get the drift. If they have no announcements to offer as a part of the formal program, we need to have some idea when they have targeted large scale commercial sales.

4. What is Amati doing to estab. a mktg, tech. service org. capable of being taken seriously by major pot. customers.

The idea hear is that the major companys are not going to buy from a firm that cannot ensure support of a smoothe transition to the new technology. Amati cannot just ship the boxes with a set of instructions connect wire a to wire b. Firms like GTE, Pac Bell, Ameritech etc. will want to be assured that they will have credible assistance if the crap hits the fan.

5. Approx. how much sales can be supported with the mfg. capacity that Amati now has in place or has access to?

Hope you get a chance to ask some good questions and even more to get some positive responses.

Regards:
Cliff
