I think people get more upset when a company does a reverse split vs when a company just goes out of business. I think it is because people know that many penny stocks would fail but do not want to believe that management of the penny stocks would purposely S---w them. I advice anytime a RS is done cut your losses and move on since it usually declines even more months after the reverse split. John
