I talked to a lawyer friend of mine. He said that over 50% of the time, a countersuit is filed. This thing may get drawn out but I think that JNNE had to do something and quite frankly I'm glad they are doing something about it. I know this is a negative but it could turn into a big positive. That's the risk/reward part. We all wish we had sold and then had the option of buying back at these levels. JNNE will provail, IMHO. P.S. I am trying to find out exactly when the ALPHASTAR satelite shutdown. Maybe someone can research TEE-COM. Best Regards Tom D.
