Spoke sources yesterday who was also surprised by this Nasdaq action. Thoughts were that a price decline of 30 to 50% would be likely but short term. Although not what investors did not expect and would not have wished for, the Opportunity to Average down could turn into a positive.
My personal risk tolerance is such that given the RIGHT PRICE opportunity, I will likely add to my position.. I should hear more soon on this issue and from that would make a decision.

The Completed Merger announcement was released on the day of a 357 point Market drop. THAT just KILLED what I personally had speculated in SSGI for..
There may even be a positive side to this, in that being a new listing on the otc-bb may attract new investors who do not know of SSGI and what is being played out here. Personally it would be very attractive to me, with such a low float and Merger annual revenues of 40 Million. That has got to be a LOT better than many otc-bb stocks. In fact several companies which are getting the Nasdaq ax, especially when the only reason was that some companies such as SSGI just couldn't keep their stock price above $1.00. Investors control stock price and there are many, many reasons which investors sell stock which has nothing to do with the company.

These are just personal thoughts on this issue, comments encouraged

Regards,
Malcolm
