Three papers coming out in Sept issue of Nature-Medicine discuss Rezulin, COX-2 Inhibitors, and Colon Cancer. All of the data is pre-clinical and results are mixed, but they do raise some interesting questions concerning TZDs and COX-2 inhibitors. Details linked to the COX-2 table at home.att.net
