#2 I already sent emails to virtually everyone of those addresses you posts, and
they all said the same thing. Contact the ministry of housing.
Some of them directed me to the belize press release.
Most of them, knew nothing about the situation, and re-directed me to the ministry
of housing.

#5 why is your ip the exact same as t00_bad_prwt who had two trial accounts on SI
before he got banned.
#6 if you go back and re-read the email I received from Giovanni, you will see he
clearly stated that he was not PanAmerican, that he was merely one of the builders
working a subdivision that PanAmerican Was involved in securing financing from.

We are PRISTINE DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISES LTD (PDEL), and are not part

PanAmerican Bancorp or Affordable Housing Group (AHG).
Our contribution to this project is that we are the land owners and

As far as we know:
Affordable Housing Group is going ahead with their models (the home
manufacturer was here in Belize, on the property, two weeks ago in
discussions with the contractor).
PanAm Bancorp/AHG is planning on financing the above homes.
To us, this is a very good project as it will be fullfilling a need. It's
hard to see anything going wrong with it if handled properly. We at PDEL
are presently waiting for the homes to arrive in Belize in order for us to
start erecting.
