BB,

I watched my re-entry points of 28 and 25 come and go without even nibbling.

1. Too many fabs being "mothballed"
2. Too many chipmakers warning things are worse than thought
e.g. VLSI today, Hitachi yesterday, LSI last week, LG Semicon and Hyundai merging their Chip operations, and on and on.

There's just too much idle capacity ready and waiting to handle any book increase.

And it appears that the chip demand is still not growing as fast as supply. Until we understand all the factors for excess capacity, a trip to Vegas would be a safer bet.

FWIW,
Ian.
