Thanks Randall! Amazing how many of these things are going on every day. Currently on two boards (NTN and PESI) at Yahoo where discounted convertible preferreds have been done with offshore entities, and the stocks are (or had been) being massively hyped. Same patterns as the others I've seen. Many people need to lose their own money rather than learning from others, I'm afraid. Good luck and thanks again for the kind words, Dwight
