Interesting, and there is logic to your suggestion. I imagine they would peg the price just slightly below my average cost of IDTI. Nah, it's probably too sensible a thing for IBM to do. How bout if I make an offer of one of my shares of IDTI for one share of IBM? Fair trade!

Let's hope IDTI's deal with IBM fares somewhat better than Cyrix'. There is a market for $699 PCs, Glenn Henry is a former IBM fellow, and it would take real financial staying power to buck Intel's monopoly in X86 microprocessors. AMD is finding that out.

It's an interesting day in an interesting world of equities, currency rates, and finance. I'm out of my league, and will head for the beach to stumble along and kick seashells. Regards, and keep the ideas flowing. Sam
