Bosco, it sure looks cheap, and long term I like it, but in this market it could drop under 10, particularly since they are entering markets with lower margins. On the positive side, they are selling their psychiatric treatment division, a group with low margins and little growth. Why don't you wait until it makes at least a double bottom? COO could easily be a $75/share company if the market become bullish again, but that may take some time. Zeev
